Smokey and the Bandit (1977)
To transport smuggled beer from Texarkana to Atlanta, a wealthy client hires experienced driver Bo Darville. He, in turn, devises a clever plan to distract the cops. But to make sure everything goes smoothly, he needs a partner.
Beau is joined by his friend Cletus Snow. And all would have ended quickly and decisively, but in the car to Darville gets into the car to the bride, who ran away from the wedding.

Smokey and the Bandit II (1980)
The reckless smuggler Bandit and his friends decide to make a couple hundred bucks by transporting an unusual cargo.
Except now it’s not a shipment of smuggled beer, but a pregnant elephant! On the way to Texas it turns out that this task is not an easy one.

Smokey and the Bandit Part 3 (1983)
Any sheriff is bound to get bored in retirement, much less Buford Justice, whose entire life has been spent chasing criminals and smugglers.
Returning to work, the sheriff makes a bet with the Burdett brothers: if he manages to carry a stuffed fish through several states, Justice will win 250 thousand dollars. If he loses, the sheriff must give up his badge.
Meanwhile, the brothers hire the Snowman to stop Justice from winning the bet…
